Located on Vancouver’s bright southern shore, The Pacific is a 39-story residential tower boasting 224 luxury homes, centrally located within walking distance from everything one would need.

Back in 2020, we partnered with Rennie and developer Grosvenor to revamp the marketing presence of this project beginning with a Lunar New Year campaign. Highly successful, Periphery continues to manage their digital and traditional performance marketing initiatives.

Our Process

We used our expertise in Chinese marketing to first craft a Lunar New Year campaign for The Pacific to stimulate interest in the Chinese community. We leveraged The Pacific and Grosvenor brand to create an integrated strategic plan that adapted to market fluctuation, while having monthly meetings with Rennie to review the plan and performance, adjusting the strategy with feedback from the sales team.

Deliverables

We needed to position The Pacific as the best place to buy a home for downtown living. Boasting breathtaking views of the Vancouver skyline in an unbeatable location, it wasn't too difficult. We designed ads and wrote copy reflecting the timeless elegance of The Pacific, and we chose media placements that we knew would be seen by the right people at the right time.

Results

After the first Lunar New Year campagin, The Pacific achieved a 133% increase in sales compared to the previous year with a single, 6-week campaign. Since then, we've been managing all initiatives of The Pacific's advertising in English and Chinese.
